






Service Overview
Maintaining a stable, secure environment is essential to ensuring the safety of your customer data and your company’s proprietary information. NPG’s security monitoring & response service provides peace of mind by guarding your digital infrastructure via automated security scans and immediate response and remediation. When enabled, this service will scan client infrastructure multiple times per day, and NPG will provide timely response to any findings that require remediation.
NPG is offering two levels of security monitoring services. One for clients who utilize dedicated hosting, such as those working with AWS or similar server instances. The second level of support is for shared hosting customers who may not have root - level server access.

How it Works
NP Group provides two levels of security monitoring and response, based on what type of hosting provider you utilize.
Level

Shared Hosting / Single Domain
Example: WP Engine or other managed & shared hosting environment.



Details
- NPG will install and maintain agency - class monitoring on a single domain powered by Sucuri
- NPG will perform HTTP site - wide scans every 6 hours.
- NPG will conduct server - side scans every 24 hours.
- Client can opt - in to additional firewall protections provided by Sucuri
- For WordPress, NPG will install and maintain WordFence*.
- NPG will respond to all issues within 4 business hours from notification of alert under regular maintenance rates
- NPG will automatically perform all remediation under existing retained services agreement, up to a maximum 2 hours. Remediation over 2 hours will require client authorization unless otherwise pre - arranged.
Pricing
- $129/mo for each client domain indicated.
Terms
- Client must maintain a minimum $500 retained services balance or be enrolled in a month - to - month agreement at any given time.
- Services will not be assured if account balance is negative at the beginning of any month.
*Client to incur and reimburse any license fees for third - party software as required
Level

Dedicated Instance
Example: AWS, Rackspace or similar dedicated instances.



Detail
- NPG will install and maintain agency - class monitoring on a single domain powered by Sucuri.
- NPG will perform HTTP site - wide scans every 6 hours.
- NPG will conduct server - side scans every 24 hours.
- Client can opt - in to additional firewall protections provided by Sucuri.
- NPG additionally will install open - source or licensed software on the server instance to serve as a secondary scanner, if feasible. This includes tools such as ClamAV, RKHunter, Sucuri, Rf-X Linux Malware Detect, Fail2Ban, or ConfigServer CSF/LFD depending on client requirements*.
- For WordPress, NPG will install and maintain WordFence*.
- NPG will respond to all issues within 4 business hours from notification of alert under regular maintenance rates.
- NPG will automatically perform all remediation under existing retained services agreement, up to a maximum 2 hours. Remediation over 2 hours will require client authorization unless otherwise pre - arranged.
Pricing
- For 24/7 Monitoring Customers:
$100/mo for each client server indicated, with a single domain included. Additional domains on the same server instance will incur a $50 fee per domain. - All Others: $200/mo for each client server indicated, with a single domain included. Additional domains on the same server instance will incur a $50 fee per domain.
Terms
