NPG built a custom order management portal for Regency Furniture, integrating their internal systems with a new API. This solution enhances the customer experience by offering real-time order tracking and streamlining store operations.

Licensed e-commerce software provided no connectivity to internal ERP systems. NPG designed and developed a custom API to connect internal data with customers and provide up-to-date order status, thus streamlining a simple process and reducing customer calls to stores.
The existing website was operating on Shopify, which did not allow for the custom development of unique features. In addition, existing internal systems for order management had no API capabilities, therefore resulting in no method to share data for public consumption.
NPG developed an internal API utilizing open-source technologies that leverage and expose data stored in the client's internal SQL Server database. We then crafted a custom UI/UX for the new order status system, built the system on a separate instance, and embed ed on the existing Shopify Site.
