Challenge
ISSA’s existing Shopify storefront no longer reflected the strength of their brand or the quality of their fitness education programs. The design felt dated, the user experience was inconsistent, and the storefront did not support a smooth path from browsing to enrollment. Beyond the visual limitations, ISSA also struggled with fragmented systems. Shopify, Auth0, and HubSpot were not connected in a way that allowed customer data to move easily between platforms. This created friction in the login and registration process and made it harder for ISSA to maintain a clear view of their customers.
Proposal
Our team proposed a fresh, modern redesign of the Shopify storefront built around clarity, trust, and a strong visual identity. We created a new UI system, improved layout patterns, simplified the navigation, and delivered a cohesive set of design assets for ISSA’s internal development team to implement. Alongside the design work, we recommended building a unified authentication experience using Auth0 that connects Shopify and HubSpot. This would give ISSA a seamless login and registration flow, reduce customer friction, and centralize data so their team could support students more effectively.
