We enjoy keeping people happy here at New Possibilities Group. It’s kind of our thing. As both our team and our client list grow, we’ve been working hard to refine how we communicate to best serve everyone’s needs.

That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our new help ticket system, available immediately to all of our #awesomeclients.  

With this system, you’ll be able to reach us in a flash—not just one person, but a whole team of folks ready to get the ball rolling on your requests.

Need something tweaked on your site? Got a question about your CMS dashboard? No problem. We’re all ears.

The best part about this system is that it’s multi-platform. That means whether you prefer communicating via e-mail or submitting support tickets through your CMS, you’ll be able to reach us easily.

It’s all part of our open-door support policy.

Starting today, clients can reach us a direct email (your rep will share this email with you).

Then, over the next week, you’ll notice a new help app available on your website’s dashboard. Through that, you’ll be able to submit a support ticket directly to the team.

Pretty cool, right?
