Greetings NPG Fans...!
Finally, we are pleased to announce our new website! After months of design and development, our new site is finally ready to be unveiled. This new site will feature much more in-depth content around our services and portfolio, in addition to the various solutions we offer.
From a technical standpoint, the new site was custom built from scratch including a custom content management system (CMS). The development of the CMS was centered around the design produced for the front-end. Because we wanted total flexibility, we opted to not use Drupal, Joomla or WordPress. The entire system is built using PHP and MySQL. For hosting, we opted for Rackspace Cloud Sites as the hosting solution.
From a front-end perspective, the new site features the latest trends in web design. We have built a fully responsive template - meaning that this site will work on cell phones, tablets and computers
utilizing the same content. We've also focused on the latest HTML5 technologies and design trends including fixed navigation bars and subtle animations.
And, in terms of content, this new site will allow us to give further clarity into our portfolio and projects, services and of course blog about the latest topics related to the web design and development world.
