Process

The NP Group employs an efficient process to ensure that a site is completed on time, on budget and with all parties leaving the project with satisfaction. In just a few simple steps, the NP Group can make your concept a reality:

1. Spec it - We'll review your specifications and analyze the technical implications of your project. A final list of specs will be agreed upon.
2. Design it - We'll have mockups of a new site designed for you using a variety of our graphic design methods. Typically, a couple of rounds of communication will ensue until a set branding, look and feel is accomplished.
3. Template it - Our designers will complete templates for the most complex areas of your application. This is the most important round in our development, as the client can assess the usability, functionality and layout of the new property. Upon approval, development can begin.
4. Development - Our developers are free to move quickly via your project due to the fact that it's already been approved at the design level. Because we push for early approval, we are able to save time in the most complex stage of the development process.
5. Testing & Break-it - Our team will test your site for functionality bugs as well as load issues. We're going to try to hack it and break it, but don't worry, it's all worth it!
6. Delivery & Maintenance - At this point, your project is completed and business can begin (or resume). We'll still be with you to oversee all of your day-to-day operations, so rest assured, a team of internet professionals is always at your fingertips!
